A BILL to repeal section thirty-two, article five, chapter twenty-eight of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, relating to prohibiting the burial of deceased inmates within the city of Moundsville.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 5. THE PENITENTIARY.
§ 1. Repeal of section relating to prohibiting the burial of inmates within the city of Moundsville.

Section thirty-two, article five, chapter twenty-eight of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, is hereby repealed.
